It integrates machinery, electricity, hydraulics and instruments, and can realize single machine control on site or remote centralized control via central control room PLC, or can be directly controlled by PC. 1. Realize the integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and instrumentation, with remote control, central dispatch room monitoring, and microcomputer control.
2. By using hydraulic transmission, overload and overflow protection, stepless adjustment, stable operation, high torque, arbitrary locking, and configuring different instruments and meters, constant pressure or constant flow control can be achieved in pipelines.
3. Adopting a fully enclosed structure, it does not leak oil, absorb dust, absorb water, rust internally, and has a long service life, suitable for various non high temperature (below 120 degrees) uses.
4. The turning distance of the electro-hydraulic angle sensor can be selected between 50-200000 N · m, and the turning angle can be selected within the range of 0-360 degrees or greater.
5. In the electrical control part, the electric head is composed of multiple complex electronic components such as wiring terminals, diodes, relays, etc. Its quality is unstable and it is easy to malfunction when used in environments such as metal and coal. The electro-hydraulic head, combined with hydraulic characteristics, adopts a fully enclosed imported integrated circuit board, which is small in size, light in weight, and fast in opening and closing speed. In case of power outage, hydraulic system failure, etc., switch to manual operation mode first, and then operate the manual control device handwheel to achieve manual operation.
