The HSG-type engineering hydraulic cylinder is a double-acting single-piston rod hydraulic cylinder with various installation and connection methods and can be equipped with a buffer device. It is applicable for engineering machinery, hoisting and transportation machinery, shipbuilding, metallurgical and mining machinery, and other hydraulic systems. Working pressure is 16 MPa, with a bore of 40-250 mm.

● Selection instructions

1、According to the user’s needs, refer to the “model description” and look up Tables 1 to 3 based on the connection method and buffer part. Write the connection and buffer part numbers to determine the type of construction required. Determine the shape of the installation and connection size according to the structure type, cylinder diameter, speed ratio, etc.

2、When ordering, note the complete model number and the selected stroke and installation distance.

3、Product code - main parameters - connection mode and buffer part number - stroke X installation distance.

4、Note: If the installation distance required by the user is consistent with the installation distance of the dimensions table shown in Figures 1 through 4, the installation distance may not be indicated when ordering. If it is inconsistent, the installation distance must be indicated. But the required installation distance can only be selected according to the installation distance and size range given in the dimension table in Figure 1 to Figure 4. Example: A hydraulic cylinder required by a user should have a cylinder head structure of a key type and a cylinder simplified as a middle flange connection. No buffer, the piston rod is internally threaded at the rod end, with a bore of 80 mm and a rod diameter of 40 mm. The stroke S = 1000 mm and the installation distance L13 = 500 mm. The ordering model is HSGK01-80/40E-5210-1000 × 500.
