The sealing surface of the valve clack and seat are overlaid with cobalt-based hard alloy or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, ensuring wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, strong anti-friction performance, and an extended lifespan.
After the quenching and surface nitrogen treatment, the valve stem exhibits good corrosion resistance and anti-friction characteristics.
Various piping flange standards and flange surface types can be adopted to meet diverse engineering requirements and user specifications.
A wide range of materials is available for valve bodies, and packing and gaskets can be selected reasonably based on actual conditions and user preferences. They are suitable for various pressure, temperature, media and operating conditions.
The inverted sealing is made of a sealing seat connected by threads or of austenite stainless steel through overlay welding. The sealing is reliable and replacing packing can be done without stopping the machine. It is convenient, quick and not affecting system operation.
