It uses stainless steel U-shaped sealing rings which possess a certain elasticity ensuring its excellent sealing performance together with the butterfly plates under both high and low temperature conditions.

The three-dimensional eccentricity after rigorous calculation, ensures minimal friction between the U-shaped sealing ring and the butterfly plate, thus providing a long service life and a progressively tighter sealing performance.

The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is built up with cobalt-based hard alloy through overlay welding, making it resistant to wear and ensuring a long service life.

The unique structure allows for a quick "switch” by rotating the valve stem 90 degrees. It offers a flexible, convenient, and effortless operation. It is also unaffected by variations in medium pressure, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
