Dust butterfly valves consist of two semi-valve bodies cast with high-pressure molds. And the semi-valve bodies are made of aluminum alloy material.

The rotary valve disc is made of polymer composite material. It consists of a pre-stressed synthetic rubber sealing component. It also has a top flange and a folded-edge component, suitable for connecting to a flexible hose.

Its top and bottom are equipped with identical circular flanges. Butterfly valves are suitable for handling all powdery and granular materials, utilizing the gravitational flow of the materials for interception and the pneumatic conveyance of dry materials.

It can be installed beneath hoppers, bins, silos, screws or other types of conveyors, as well as connected to pneumatic conveying pipelines.
