The AW series pneumatic actuators are suitable for valves that rotate at 90 ° C (1/4 turn). Such as ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, etc. This product is designed and manufactured according to JIS standards, and the connection with the valve adopts the international standard ISO5211. When selecting and installing AW pneumatic actuators, the first step is to determine the torque of the valve and consider the pipeline medium. Water vapor or non lubricating media can increase the * * value by 25%; Non lubricating dry gas medium can increase * * value by 60%; Non lubricating use can improve the performance of granular powder media by 100%. Whether it is clean or not, increase the * * value of the friction lubrication medium by 20%, and then find a double acting or single acting torque gauge based on the working pressure of the air source to obtain an accurate actuator model.
The installation accuracy of pneumatic actuators and valves will directly affect the operation and service life of the actuators. Reasonable installation means that the central axis of the actuator and the valve stem must be absolutely coaxial and must be properly connected and installed. Before assembling the actuator and valve, the torque of the valve should be measured and should not exceed the required torque. After assembly, both the pneumatic actuator and valve should be tested simultaneously. The valve is pressurized to the rated sealing pressure. The actuator uses an air supply pressure of 0.4-0.7MPa or the user's required air supply pressure to test the two air intakes of the pneumatic actuator. Switch the air inlet and observe the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve. It should not pause or wriggle, the switch should be flexibly rotated, and the test should be repeated multiple times.

Double acting pneumatic actuator: used for two position control of valve opening and closing.
Spring return type: When the circuit gas circuit is cut off or malfunctions, the valve will automatically open or close.
Single solenoid valve: After connecting the power, the valve opens or closes; When turning off the power, the valve will open or close (explosion-proof type available).
Dual solenoid valve: When a coil is energized, the valve opens; When the other coil is energized, the valve closes and has storage function (explosion-proof type can be provided).
Limit switch echo: long-distance transmission of valve switch position signal (explosion-proof type available).
Electric valve locator: Based on the current signal (standard 4-20mA), the medium flow rate of the valve can be adjusted and controlled (explosion-proof type can be provided).
Pneumatic locator: Adjust and control the medium flow rate of the valve based on the size of the air pressure signal (marked as 0.02-0.1MPa).
Electric converter: converts current signals into air pressure signals and uses them in conjunction with pneumatic positioners (explosion-proof type available).
The three parts of air source treatment include air pressure reducing valve, filter, lubricator, stable air source, and cleaning and lubricating moving parts.
Manual operation mechanism: Automatic control can be manually operated in abnormal situations.
